GEN Maintenance Technology Inc., GMT, was established in October 1999 to develop WINUP floor care.

The mission of GMT is to create sustainable and clean (not harmful and pleasant) living environment by offering the products of WINUP. That needs co-operation between the users and GMT, which is called WIN-WIN WINUP's partnership.

GMT has been studying with resin manufacturers, a UV radiator maker, floor care firms, NICHIBAN CO. LTD. and so on that have their own special technologies.

A member of Gen-Gen Corporation, which is a paint manufacturer for wood, planed to launch new businesses around 1995.

Maintenance System Technology Center, MSTC, was established as the department of Gen-Gen Corporation in 1997.
|

・
|
MSTC's members and Gen-Gen Corporation co-established GEN Maintenance Technology Inc. in October 1999.
|
|
・
|
GMT has been investing for continuing its research and its capital is now 82.8 million yen.
